1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, defined terms in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the pub779 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the pub779 Privacy Policy, the pub779 Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pub779 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

2.3 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and pub779 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.

3 Eligibility

3.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal prohibition preventing your use of the Platform.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from pub779 or from any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. Any Account opened in breach of this provision will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

4 Account Registration and KYC Verification

• Philippine passport
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)

4.4 Additional Verification. pub779 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documentation, in accordance with PAGCOR directives and AMLA obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.5 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Changes to personal details must be submitted through the Account settings section and may require re-verification.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.

5.3 You must notify pub779 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach relating to your credentials.

5.4 pub779 will never request your password via email, chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purportedly from pub779 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pub779 support immediately.

5.5 pub779 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses resulting from sharing credentials with third parties.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods. pub779 currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited. pub779 reserves the right to return deposits made from unrecognized or unverified sources without crediting the associated wagers.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by pub779 subject to completed KYC verification. pub779 targets the following standard processing times, which are indicative only and not contractually guaranteed:

• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: 1–6 banking hours from approval

7 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Gaming Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub779 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the pub779 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine AMLA
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including live dealer table games
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform

• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated networks of Players

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the pub779 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of pub779 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

10.2 pub779 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pub779 Platform without the prior written consent of pub779 or the relevant rights holder.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pub779's liability for death or personal injury caused by pub779's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.3 pub779's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub779 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

13.2 By the Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting pub779's support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining verified balance returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

13.3 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, pub779 reserves the right to void all pending Wagers, cancel any unclaimed Bonuses, and retain any balance where it has been generated through prohibited conduct.

14 Dispute Resolution

16 Amendments to These Terms
